About Novus

Novus is the authorship of execution for architects, designers, and developers whose work cannot tolerate compromise.

We are not a design studio. We do not propose. We do not interpret. We resolve.

Between the drawing and the room, there is a gap. It is the distance between what was intended and what is built. We exist to close that distance — entirely.

Milan, where the work is made

Our production is Italian. Not as a marketing position, but as a working method, refined over generations and inherited through a network of workshops in Lombardy and the Veneto. These are not suppliers. They are the people whose hands the project passes through.

Italian craft, on the level we require, cannot be sourced. It can only be held in relationship.

Miami, where the work is held

Our studio is in Miami. The Americas are not a market we entered. They are the architecture we serve, daily, in the language and rhythm of the projects that matter here. The brief begins with us. So does the site.

What we accept

Few projects each year. Each one complete.

We are not selected by procurement. We are selected by architects, by designers, and by clients who already understand that the final ten percent of a project is not a phase — it is the whole point.
